An opportunity for University of Hawai‘i graduate students and graduate students coming to Hawai‘i on official exchange programs to participate in the Center's educational and cultural programs and residential community.
Type of study: Participation in EWC programs focused on creating an Asia Pacific community through research, dialogue, educational and cultural activities, and public outreach.
Eligibility: Full-time graduate student status at the University of Hawai‘i, or participation in an exchange program. Open to students from all countries; priority given to students with research interests in the Asia Pacific region.
Provisions: Discounted housing rate in EWC residence halls. Eligible for competitive EWC field-study/travel grant awards.
Application deadline: November for spring semester start; April and June for fall semester start.
